2026 Simon-Fiset Piano Competition Entry Form

This entry form will temporarily reserve your spot in the competition. However, your application will not be finalized and complete until you submit payment. An invoice will be emailed to the parent email you provide below shortly after the registration period ends. You will have until January 21, 2026 at 9:00 pm PT to submit payment in full. Please familiarize yourself with the rules and guidelines for entry prior to filling out the form.
