This entry form will temporarily reserve your spot in the recital. Your registration will be complete once you pay a separate invoice, that will be sent to the parent email provided. The invoice will be sent out within a week of application submission. If registration closes prior to your application being submitted, you will be notified and no invoice will be issued.
