Relax and unwind at the first ever SMTA Musicians Wellness Workshop! Erika Burns, DMA, will open with the Franklin Method, using imagery and movement to build body awareness, followed by a Feldenkrais session with Katie O'Rourke, GCFP®, exploring how nervous system regulation supports practice and performance. We'll close with discussion and Q&A so you can carry what you explore back to your life and your studio!
